Bespoke Furniture - Design & Order Process
Free Initial Consultation
It all begins with an idea. You may have dreams for a new table, sideboard, cupboard or desk. Whatever your idea, we can arrange a call to discuss your requirements, you can pop into our studio and workshop to talk through in person or you can send over details via email. Either way, we will require some basic information, such as wood type, measurements and finishes. We can then advise you with an estimated cost and timescales, and where applicable a quotation for any detailed design work which may be required for more complex items.
Design & Quote
Once happy to proceed, we will begin a detailed design of your bespoke item. This will include 3D digital sketches so you can envisage the finished product, along with a final specification detailing the measurements, finishes and timescales, along with a comprehensive quotation based on the detailed design. We will also offer a video consultation to review the designs with you, which allows for any final amendments and to ensure your requirements are met.
Production
Once you have approved the design and we have received payment, we will begin making your item. All our furniture is made to order, and to the highest standard, in our studio and workshop. This usually takes 2 - 4 weeks, depending on your requirements.
Delivery
Your item will be carefully and securely packaged ready for delivery. Shipment is organised in accordance with the size and weight. Small and medium sized items will be delivered by one of our selected couriers. Larger items will be delivered on a pallet and as such will be a kerbside delivery, where you would need to carry the furniture inside your home.
After Care
In most circumstances your furniture will be delivered as a complete item. However, depending on the design, a small amount of assembly may be required. Where this is the case, detailed instructions will be provided. In addition, aftercare instructions will be included.
